How long will it take to process my prescription glasses?
1.Processing time
For Non-Prescription glasses, we will ship the product within 1-2 working days.
For prescription glasses, it will be sent out in 3-5 working days,
and for some complicated glasses, it will be sent out in 5-7 working days.
2.Shipping time
It usually takes 7-10 working days to arrive in the U.S.
To Europe, Canada, Australia, it takes 10-15 working days,
To other countries, it takes 15-20 working days.
We will send you an email notification when it is sent out, and you can track your package here.
What am I supposed to do if processing delays?
1.We want you to receive our best quality products.Please refer to the time for specific lens type. Please understand that some type of lenses/combination might take longer for complexity.
2.We follow strict rules and regulations to test the quality and safety of your prescription glasses each time before the delivery as we treat each pair of prescription glasses medical devices.
3.We’ll try every effort to ship all order on time, but there are some unexpected occasions that will cause delay, such like lens defects, public holidays, COVID-19 and etc.
4.For whatever reason if your processing time is delayed by 3 days or more. please contact us via support@alwaysuveyewear.com. We will look into the delay as soon as possible.
